• Insurance Excess for any damage to vehicle during hire period is $5,000 + Gst

• Excess Reduction available $33 Inc Gst Per Day this will reduce insurance excess to $3,500 + Gst

• Insurance covers over the cab damage.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

• Due to several hirers over the past few weeks ditching trucks at our yard without our knowledge and leaving them completely empty with no fuel, We have unfortunately had to increase the security deposit from $50 to $150.

​

• We ask for a $150 Security deposit to be Paid. Fully refundable upon return of fully fueled vehicle.

• Refund Time frame normally returns to Bank account within 2 business days.

FUEL

• Vehicles are to be returned full of fuel (DIESEL) A charge of pump price per litre + a fee of $40 + Gst will be charged if not refilled correctly.

TOLL FEES

• Toll fees are an additional charge to be paid on top of the daily rate of hire. Initial toll fee + an administration fee of $10 + Gst will be charged. You can choose to pay your own tolls and there will be no fee.

EXTRA KLMS

• $0.25 + Gst will be charged per klm over the allowed daily amount.

• (example) An extra 50klms over would be $12.50 + Gst.
